Psychology, the fascinating science of behavior and mental processes, works on solving the mysteries of how the brain and nervous system form connections within us and with the world around us.

With the coursework, research and applied experiences undertaken as a Psychology major, about half of WVU graduates pursue graduate training in psychology, medicine or law. More than half of our degree recipients enter the workforce immediately, taking jobs in community mental health and human services, finance, security and other applied areas.
