Final Exam Schedule

Spring 2020 Online Finals Schedule and Information

With the recent transition to online and remote delivery classes, we wanted to remind students that all finals are online.  All finals are scheduled during the week of May 4 through May 8, 2020, with the exceptions below:

  • Laboratory sections final exams will run Monday, April 27 through Friday, May 1.
  • Classes beginning at 6 p.m. will be during the last class period Monday, April 27 through Friday, May 1, using the scheduling block of 6 – 8 p.m.
  • English 101/102: see instructor for portfolio submission deadline.
  • Classes taught in the high schools would normally be given during regular class meeting times during finals week; however, high school students should check with their instructor.

Important notice regarding final exam time slots:
In order to accommodate large course sections and to distribute system load, it’s become necessary to schedule “lockdown” timeslots every day beginning Friday, May 1, through Saturday May 9, (except Sundays) from 7:30 – 10:30 p.m.
eCampus will be closed to all other courses during these “lockdown” timeslots.  An additional April 23 lockdown will occur from 7:30 – 10:30 p.m. eCampus will be closed to all other courses during this “lockdown” timeslot.

Students should direct questions about their final exams to course instructors. 
Instructors and students should work together to identify any scheduling conflicts and arrange make-up exams.
Students who cannot resolve a particular scheduling conflict with their instructors should contact the Dean's office for assistance at In addition, please contact your instructor if you are having any issues with coursework.
Final grades will be due at noon on Wednesday, May 13. Grades should be available to students when processing is completed on Friday, May 15.
